Hot yoga 26+2 not only improves your body, but it also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Our beautiful, inviting yoga studio is easy to find, park, and is never overcrowded! Class size is limited to 12 students—please RSVP.

Kelli M. Reynolds

The owner of Nebraska Hot Yoga studio, Kelli, will help you build a solid foundation to begin, improve, or return to a physical practice of movement & breath.  Her calm and soothing voice, clear instruction, and direct but gentle feedback creates an environment for effortless relaxation and deep learning.

She will help you to increase your knowledge and understanding of Hatha yoga basics then safely encourage progress in your practice to reach your goals.

She has studied in the Bishnu Ghosh tradition of Hatha yoga for many years and has been teaching Bikram's Beginning Hot Yoga Class, aka 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, for more than 20 in her studios in Nebraska.
