Welcome!

Nebraska Hot Yoga studio is opening as of June 1, 2020 and offering Hot Yoga 26+2 and other classes for up to 6 students per class. Most inStudio classes on the weekly schedule will also be offered onLine via ZOOM simultaneously.

Please be mindful of hygiene and health practices in and around the studio.  To attend classes in person, you must:

• Pre-register and pre-pay online - inStudio classes are limited to 4 students.
• Most classes will run inStudio and onLine simultaneously.
• The lobby doors open 15 minutes prior to class and close 15 minutes after.
• Wear a mask into the building and in all public areas - up to your yoga mat.
• Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle - not rental/loans available.
